If you manage a network of computers across a local or wide area network; If you want to remotely fix client computers' problems without leaving your seat; If you want to remotely manage the EAZ-FIX clients; You need to have EAZ-FIX Remote Management Console. What is EAZ-FIX Remote Management Console? EAZ-FIX RMC provides remote management ability to EAZ-FIX clients. It allows IT administrator to see all the EAZ-FIX clients in a graphical interface for easy remote management. How does EAZ-FIX RMC work? EAZ-FIX RMC is a client/server architecture. You install the client component, EAZ-FIX, on client workstations. You install the server component, EAZ-FIX RMC, on a network server or IT administrator's desktop. You configure the client workstations to connect to the EAZ-FIX RMC by IP or computer name. You open the EAZ-FIX RMC to view and manage all the connected clients.
